The Business DNA Leadership 360 Discovery is a unique 360-degree feedback tool that creates an even playing field for all leaders, by taking into consideration an individual’s natural style and unique set of strengths and struggles.

The two phases of the Business DNA Leadership Discovery Process:

  1. Business DNA Natural Behavior Discovery Process (one time)
    Measures a leader’s natural instinctive “hard-wired” talents and a unique set of strengths and struggles. Facilitators guide leaders through a select range of behavioral insights spanning a leader’s natural communication style, and approach to making decisions whether at work, money, or life.
  2. Leadership 360 Discovery Process (annual)
    Create an objective measurement of how a leader is actually performing while taking into account the leader’s unique set of strengths and struggles. This 360 process transparently and objectively benchmarks a leader’s performance using their unique set of strengths and struggles, as measured in Natural Behavior (phase one).
